For your aftermarket lowering questions, there is driveaccord forum which has members that add aftermarket suspension. We can help you with many other questions regarding your car; however, there are not a lot of member on this forum with 8th generation Accords that they modify and give first hand advice. I have an 8th gen; but, don't modify.

If you were using an HFP (Honda Factory Performance) suspension kit, then I do not believe you need a camber kit.

Mods: Delete my post if it is not appropriate. Just trying to give helpful advice.

I have an 11 Accord Coupe lowered with Eiback Pro Kit Lowering springs only, its been 4000+ miles since and there has been no noticeable uneven tire wear. Although without high performance struts the ride is really bouncy and I will be soon switching to Tien coilovers. I have heard that you may need a rear kit.
