Default Lube Windows?

I've tried WD-40, Ballistol, baby oil, petroleum jelly. All messy and don't work that well.

The windows strain in the rubber moulding. What do you use? The guy at the dealership says: don't lube em. What?

In another forum "honda-tech" there is a thread on "Drivers window off track? 94 EX sedan" or search for "window lube" It has some good pointers and suggestions on "lubes" to use, it was posted just a few weeks ago.
Hope I don't get into trouble for pointing/suggesting another site.....SORRY in advance if I'm breaking any rules.

Nah, but an active link might not be good. Some of us used to be on Honda-Tech a lot.

if window goes up and down evenly ( not off track ) and you tried lubing it and still real slow ( by the way you are doing this with car running correct??) ,,it might be time to replace the run channel and or( adjust the window guides a bit wider ,, as long as window does not get off track )..
to lube it after ,,, i would use silicone spray or wd-40..
