Runs good until driving around for a couple minutes and it warms up. It sputters, sounds like its running on 3 cylinders, and idles and shakes rough

I'd look at the wiring harness at the O2 sensor to ensure the connection isn't corroded. Also look at the wire harness nearby for any damage.
Really, the issue can be the O2 sensor, the connector, the wiring or the ECU. There are some electrical tests you can try on the O2 sensor, but it sounds like the issue is when the ECU takes control of the air/fuel ratio.
Was any work done on the car before the issue occurred? Or a filling up the gas tank?
