Default motor mount bolt

I was just given a 94 LX accord and when I was checking it out I found the front motor mount bolt is completely missing.... Anyone know where I can get one? Besides a rip off dealership?

I would get one at the dealership, it should be $10 or less, and finding an exact one other than there will be next to impossible.

You could try online honda parts stores, but your going to pay more in shipping than the part costs.

I would go to the hardware store, it is just a bolt, nothing special.

A junkyard or even a U-Pull-It type yard would be a good source.

It won't be too expensive at the dealership.

Sometimes the bolt length is something bastardized, inbetween what you can find at a hardware store. Also the strength/grade of the bolts are important, so be aware that you match that. I've used hardware-store bolts but I've got a nice big hardware store nearby.

Jim,

The bolt in question connects metal to rubber. Strength is not a major requirement here.

For me it would just be worth the extra price to not have to figure out thread pitch etc and find a hardware store that actually sells metric bolts, find one that is close to the right size, all to save $5-7.

Junkyard would also work as they would probably just let you have it for free.

Called 2 scrap yards, no motors in the cars, they pulled them all so the bolts are a gonner. I don't feel like driving all over to find a bolt at a hardware store. I ordered it from Honda for $12.01 including tax. It will be in tomorrow.
