Question Motor out of car, replace Rear Engine Mount?

Well, I finally decided to pull the tired old motor out of the Accord for either rebuild or replacement (TBD). My question is whether to replace the rear motor mount. It looks to be pretty good shape but having pull the engine, found the front to be shot. Is the rear mount one that doesn't go bad or is it good insurance to go ahead and replace? This thing looks like it would be b-otch to replace if the engine was in place. Also, any other choice parts to replace that are problem areas like intermediate driveshaft seals and bearings, transmission seals, etc? Thanks for any constructive input!

They are very durable, but do wear out. I had to replace one in my 94 EX w/ over 200K miles. It's not a terrible job to replace if necessary IMO.

good luck
