Multifunction Steering Wheel Switch Illumination

Hi guys,

I've Just got a 6 month old Accord 2.4 Executive (which is fab) and I have a question ...

Should the switches on the steering wheel (audio + cruise) be illuminated at night?

The latest brochure for the 2005 model says they are illuminated and I don't know whether mine should be also (you've guessed by now that they don't light up on mine

)

The 2004 models do not have the backlit controls on the wheel, it is a new feature for '05.
