Default Multiple Check Engine Codes

I just had my check engine codes checked out at AutoZone, here's what I have:

P0108: MAP/BARO or MAF/VAF sensor condition
P0300: Cylinder misfire detected-Random Cylinders
P0301: Cylinder misfire detected-Cylinder number 1
P0304: Cylinder misfire detected-Cylinder number 4

Quick Synopsis:
Three weeks ago: Removed stock intake system and installed new CAI
-Check engine light on for a day, disappeared on its own.
Two weeks ago: Replaced spark plugs, brake fluid, power steering fluid, coolant
-Check engline light on for a night, disappeared on its own.
Few days ago: Ran seafoam through the car
-Check engine light on again. Had it checked at AutoZone.

Today, I'm changing the oil and filter (because of the seafoam). I'll take a look at ignition coils/plugs for cylinders 1 and 4, but I don't even know what I'm looking for. Any input would be appreciated.

Clear the codes to see what codes reset again after 2 drive cycles, then if you get the same codesI would start the diagnostics with the code indicating the problem of MAP sensor.

I cleared the CEL (removed Fuse 13 - 7.5 on the Passenger side fuse box). So far, the CEL has not come back on. Just to double check, I did a soft reset right? Just want to make sure I didn't do a hard reset and erase legit warnings.
