I would also think that an ECU issue wouldn't let the signal to the injectors come through. So I don't thing that is the issue.

What are the readings on the tps at idle an WOT?

 

It's running now. I unplugged the battery and put the old computer back in. I remember having doubts about the used computer off ebay. I also did not remember if it was that one or the original one in there. I don't think I am home free yet but I will see tomorrow.
