I have the exact same problem, but mine is a 2005 LX Coupe, AT. It sucks. I hope you find out what it is so I can get mine fixed too.

My 93 accord did something similiar a few weeks back just before i was getting ready to change out several suspension components. It would vibrate under load but over a wider range of speeds than you mention. When this occurred I got out of the vehicle to check it out, i grabbed the front wheel and pushed/pulled hard. I noticed some play, when i got back in the vibration stopped for a while. Anyways, I believe it was the CV axle, but I also replaced a broken coil, upper control arm & lower ball joint because they were all bad.

An inner Cv joint could be the issue. Under load is when the inner joint would cause a vibration. I had a problem sort of like that. It turned out to be plugged EGR ports.
