My wife just bought a 2007 EX-L with NAV and no icons (for ATMs, gas stations, etc) are showing up. Does this mean that thd original maps didn't include our town? We live in Gainesville, FL. It's not exactly a metropolis, but I know that TomToms and others have this stuff and have for a while. Is it possible I'm doing something wrong?? I really don't want to go spending $185 on an update for a two year old car that only has 9K miles on it.

I've read that Honda owners get one "free" NAV update, but not on an official site, just in forums. I also see where you can download updates ISOs of the NAV updates from a torrent search site, but I don't want to do that because I also read where you might need a unique PIN that you can only get from the company that sells that disks.

Any input on this would be helpful. Thank you!!
