I forgot to mention a frozen caliper can be a cause of the brakes overheating and cause warpage as well.

I just order a pair of Power Stop Calipers Powder Coated. $100 with ship. I will have him check the back rotors/calipers when he works on the car, but the issue is obviously in the front. so new calipers, rotors and brake pads should do the trick.
