If you're in USA, the Accord didn't come with an H-series engine so it was swapped in. If you know the donor car, you'll have to ask for a distributor for (for example) a 98 Prelude or whatever it came from.

Here's a thread for you... Sounds like you want a distributor cap for a 1997-2001 Prelude.
https://www.hondaaccordforum.com/for...a4-info-41298/

You say "by the tranny" it says H22A4... You mean the flat spot on the block where the engine serial # is stamped? Underneath the "H22A4" is the block serial # and I think the first digit means the model-year. So first digit 1 is 1997, 2 is 1998, etc. First digit zero means it's a crate engine that wasn't installed into a car on the production line.

Overheating...
Check to make sure the air flow through the radiator isn't blocked by leaves insects & crud pasted onto the front of the condenser.

You said both fans run. Next is to check whether the radiator is full. Hondas don't like to have air-pockets in their cooling systems. A bad radiator cap can result in the white plastic overflow tank being full while there's air in the actual radiator. There's a bleeder screw at the thermostat housing (follow the LOWER radiator hose back towards the firewall).

Maybe your thermostat needs to be replaced?

How does the antifreeze look? Muddy brown jelly means oil is leaking into the coolant. Antifreeze should be changed every couple years because the anti-corrosion additives get "used up".

And as Jim said, don't forget to check or replace the cap.
