Need help on a diagnosis if possible!
So a couple months back, my clutch was slipping, had everything installed: clutch disc, pressure plate, and new flywheel. Bam, problem gone. But recently, my car has been acting strangely. When engaging the clutch and pushing the throttle, the car will buck (almost resisting) and slowly start then catch on and drive smoothly. It does not happen when I push down more on the throttle. And starting in low rpms (such as 3rd gear at 2000 rpms) will cause it to do this again. I've had suggestions that it was my timing belt but I'm always looking for second opinions (rational ones at least). Really want to diagnose, possibly fix, and then sell my car.

Also, can't see timing belt as issue, but since I don't interpret your problem to start with...

Sorry, still a bit new here. Its a 1991 LX.
As for the third gear issue, I mean when you slow down when already in third to around 2000 rpms, I dont normally drop it in to 2nd gear because it puts me to high up in the RPM range. So before I could keep it going in 3rd and not worry.
I have not changed the timing belt, but I also don't know if the previous owner ever did it either seeing as I bought it at a police auction.
I suppose I should work on my clarification.

Timing belt interval on 91 Accord is 6 years or 90K miles. If you don't know history, you should assume the worst and replace belt soon. Consequences are certain valve train damage, and possibly engine damage.

Did you use a Honda flywheel or aftermarket? Is the rear main seal leaking?
