Default Need Help identifying a part from Instrument Panel Garnish Diagram

Hello, I need some help identifying a part from the attached diagram. It is #15. This is not listed in any parts sites I have seen, and I have tried to figure out what this part is called, with a part # as well if possible. Its from 98-01 Accords. Thank you

even the Honda parts site doesn't show the description of it...looks like some kind of bracket.

Yea, I looked it up on several different sites, and different models/ years. None of them tell what it is. I think it might be an optional part, but not sure.

My guess, optional "Smokers" package. Replaces the power outlet panel, with a cigar lighter and ashtray.

I thought the same thing so I looked up pics of the ashtray but it didn't look like what was in the diagram. That may be what it is though.

BC the drawing has the dashed rectangle around it, that means it's an assembly, It's still fastened to the fixture with #38 and #39 as is part #14, the cover in front of where the SRS computer is stashed. It replaces #14 if you get the smokers car.

On those parts sites, check each different year (98-02) as well as versions (DX,LX,EX) and 2-door/4-door. Honda has a habit of using the same drawing for lots of different cars, and maybe #15 was only available one of those years, or only one version?

Yea I tried that. With several different years. I think its not listed because its the optional smokers package. Thanks
