NEED HELP LOCATING P0135 and P0141
On my 2 door 96 accord 5 speed vtec
I need to check the heater circuit in the front O2 sensor
and the secondary O2 sensor heater circuit
I got a hold of a volt meter and i need to check that the resistance from pins 3 to 4

Most common is failed heater element in the sensors. Find the 2 same-color (black?) wires going to the sensor. Measure across those 2 - should be 10 to 40 ohms.
Failed heaters will probably measure open-circuit.
If not that, then need to check for power on the wires that correspond to that, & trace back to any problems like bad connectors somewhere.
