You said only the battery light turns on when you turn the key to the II position, so power or ground is missing somewhere. To narrow down where to look, what else is working or not working in the car? Like hazard lights, headlights, windshield wiper/washer, dome light, windows, locks, etc...
Do you have a 12V test light or volt meter to start some electrical testing on the car?
The head lights and blinkers and the raido works but the windos don't work and inside light's don't work .. it possibly be ware Iv got the negative wire grounded at
Check/re-check various grounds such as transmission ground, Ground G101, battery ground, etc.
And check/re-check fuses. May want to use a voltmeter to measure voltage at various fuses to see which ones don't have power, which may help narrow down the problem areas.
That ware I got the g101 hooked and same place I got the ground but I thank thats what I'm going to do could the cylinoid on the starter be causing that too
I was trying to find a common power/ground that could cause all the problems, but I couldn't. If you have a 12V test light, hook the clamp to battery negative. Touch test light to battery positive to verify your test light works. Touch each fuse in the engine bay fuse box on each metal tab. See the video below. Replace fuses that have power only on one side. Let us know which fuses have no power on each side.
