So I had the belts tightened...the belt around the power steering is wearing on one side...still getting a squeal mostly while idling along with another sound. I am noticing at night time with the headlights, if I turn on the heat or ac the sound and squeal stop but eventually the battery light comes on. Is this 2 different problems or the same? Is it the crankshift pulley or bad belts or ??? Please help...93 accord lx 5 speed 4 cylinder

 

Get some whiteout. Draw a line from the center bolt on the crank pulley to the edge. Drive the car for a bit and see if that line is intact.
