Negative Battery Cable

Just finished installing rebuilt trans in my 2000 Accord V6. Can't figure out where to attach the neg battery cable to the engine/trans/starter.

Well the negative is just a ground isnt it? I would just find the old ground and clean it off/sand it, or make a new ground.
