I'm looking to replace my old sat nav with an android headunit.

I found this on Aliexpress which i thought was nice but it says

Is there anyway I could get this to fit in my car or is there a different headunit I could get which will fit instead? Also, does my car's current sat nav affect anything?

 

You will have to ask the manufacturer why this won't work in your car. I'm guessing something with the wiring and not a fitment issue.
