Exclamation new member needs help with several problems

I own a 2003 Honda accord 4cylinder. 105,000 miles.

parking brake light is on, and according to manual, I need to change the brake fluid. I also have had electrical problems for awhile. My radio has zero power, among other things. One friend believes that the car is in anti theft mode bc the light is blinking.

I'm new to the site, and am wondering if anyone else has experienced these problems before.

I've looked up several recalls, and am wondering if I will be able to take it in even though I haven't purchased it from the dealership.

I've plugged in a scanner and it reads nothing.

Thanks for joining HAF.

This section is more for intro's and that.

Might post in the General Tech section. Give us as much info as you can and also anything done already to try to resolve the issue....also anything recently done to the car just prior to "this happening".
