Default New ride 2004 Accord EX Coupe minor problems

Just bought a beautiful 2004 Accord EX Coupe with V6, silver with black leather, 80K miles, well maintained from an elderly private owner. Drove it home for about 90 mile trip, and it rode & drove beautifully. Noticed a couple of little problems after getting it home. The passenger door lock will only operate manually, and the driver's seat back latch is frozen or stuck, so the seat back will not fold forward to allow entry into the back seat. Minor problems, but annoying and inconvenient to say the least. From what I've read in this forum, it sounds like failed door lock actuators are a common problem, so I will start there with that. Any suggestions on the seat back latch not operating? thanks....

I think he's talking about the back of the front seat, to let passengers into the back seat of the coupe. My guess would be a broken spring.
