Is the CEL or D4 on? or come on recently?

Are the tune up items up to date?

Could be but we'd really like to test/check a few other things.

Is the CEL on or come one recently? Can you get it checked for stored codes in the ECU, some places will do this for free.

Does this happen all of the time or only once the car has warmed up.

Fyi, related to the previous posts.

CEL = Check Engine Light.

D4 is referring to the transmission indicator light.

Are any of these lights staying on (solid) or blinking?
