Well I figured it out with the help of a friend. We thought at firat that the bushings were shot well there not. I could move my wheel back n forth real fast n u would start to here a clunk noise so I got under it n puled the pan off that covers the lines around the rack n sure enough there laid the ****ing bolts well at least one. The other is n but can't be tightened all the way I think the mount hole has broke its weld. Will fix that later. Thanks for all the good advice

Default Nice Rack

The rack is only about 6 to 8 inches lower than that joint. Must be a bad rack and pinion or one of the two bolts ( probably drivers side ) holding it secure is missing or broken and the rack is moving. Got to get under it and look at the retaining bolts. Also grasp the rack and see if you can shift the main housing around.
