Ok i just got a new 08 honda accord, and on the dashboard it says "gas lid open" ..

now obviously i checked if it was acually open, but its not, its closed tight, i spun it until i heard several clickin sounds..
can anybody help me?

 

Try resetting the computer. If you don't have a code scanner, just take the negative cable off the battery for 15 seconds and then reconnect it. That should clear it.
