It could be mounts. Also the high RPM makes it more pronounced.

Grab a valve cover & try to shake the engine. See if you can create any strange klunk that way.

Thanks, will get it checked soon

Guys, My Accord V6 has done around 67k & I am not sure how many fluids the previous owner changed. I remember that Transmission fluid & Engine oil were topped when I bought it(around 5k miles back). Time to do a quick inspection & check what needs to be changed/top up. Any tips would be greatly appreciated

Engine-oil being "topped" when you bought it is OK, but you should really know when it was last changed. Hopefully it was not just due to be changed right when you bought the car?

Good point but Sadly I don't know, the oil did look New & clean for both Engine & Transmission.

Btw does the PS hydraulic fluid also need to be flushed & changed at this mileage as preventive maintenance?

AFAIK the PS fluid doesn't have a "scheduled" interval at all. But I refuse to believe that any working fluid can last forever, so I've been thinking about 100k miles for my daughters' Civics. Not sure how that compares with other people's experience?
