my 2011 honda accord coupe acts like it is in theft mod. I hit a deer and had a body shop repair the damage, said they had it running to check the fans were working Said they tried to restart after checking and no start I checked the fuel pump and relay and the ecu relay and all good. car turns over good but fuel pump not pumping and no spark to the plugs, and shifter locked in park.I have no warning lights on dash but the little green key light doesn't flash on left side when trying to start.all the fuses check out. when I hit the deer no air bag deployment. and drove the car home and to body shop , it started just find. any help would be appreciated Thanks

I'd check all the fuses have power on both sides using a test light.
