With so many items not working, check your fuses.

Those don't look like fuses. They might be relays. I can't quite tell from that angle. Where did you pull them from?

First, disconnect that camera. It may have caused this. Second, I'd check all your fuses. Do you have a multimeter, or something that will check continuity? Pull each fuse, one at a time, and check for continuity. If you find a blown fuse, take note of which one it is, and replace it.

On my 1998 Accord, the brake lights, horn, and shift interlock are all on the same circuit. So when that fuse blew, I could not shift out of park (without bypassing the interlock). On mine, that fuse is labeled "STOP" and it's located in the fuse box under the hood. If your 2006 is wired the same, you should definitely check that fuse. But you also have more issues than just that circuit, so check them all.

When you fix this, don't wire the camera back into the taillights. You should run a separate circuit to the camera. It may have been pulling too much current through the tail lights circuit (I don't know why, because any current for a camera should be negligible).

I wouldn't have thrown the camera out. I'm sure it's fine, if wired properly.
So all the fuses are good? Did you find/fix the problem?
