no power to fuel pump

Most likely reason for no power to #7 on MFR is fuse 6 in underhood fuse box is open. This fuse is inline w/ #7 to MFR.

Did you download a shop manual. Trying to fix w/o a wiring diagram is like throwing darts at the problem.

Ok. So after two weekends of diagnosis and downloading manuals and fixing things that werent the problem my car is fixed!! Long story short, Daughter had this car for a year and it started to stall at high speeds. After looking at this forum it seemed for sure it was a relay or ignition switch. Solid CEL with key on and no codes. Finally checked ECU per Honda manual and it failed the flowchart tests with a meter. So for all newbies like me, dont start swapping parts like I changed fuel pump and ignition switch before I used YouTube and manuals and most of all the forum guys!!! Anyway, got an ECU from a forum member and it runs great now. Thanks guys!!
