Starter Cut Relay is in the fuse panel under driver's side. See attached for relay position.

Suggest swapping starter cut relay w/ the reverse relay to see if problem resolves.

good luck

Short the load contacts of the starter cut relay (see case of relay for pins). Careful if you jump control side you'll blow fuse 41 and/or 42.

If starter will turn over w/ keyswitch, then ground from G101 through range switch or clutch switch is missing. Bad range switch, clutch switch, or missing G101.

If starter still doesn't engage, the electrical contacts of the ignition switch are damaged and not making contact, or fuses 41 or 42 are open.

good luck

What exactly is G101? And im assuming range switch is the neutral safety switch? Is there a ground in the engine bay that i may have missed when i put the head back on? It ran two days ago no problem, changed the head gasket and now it wont crank.

Now were making progress, it cranked over with the relay jumped. So its either a missing ground or the range switch. Is there a ground in the engine bay that i may have forgotten to hook back up?

G101 is ground 101. Not sure where G101 is located on the 99 accord.

It sounds like the load side of the relay is good. Now you can try to verify that the control side has one pin with power at all times, the other pin should have ground when you turn the key to start the car.

Wouldn't G101 be located on the intake manifold?

Wasn't sure on the 98-02, but G101 is on the upper intake manifold near the intake air temp sensor. The 94-97 was basically in the same place. The 90-93 accord G101 was below or on the thermostat housing, so the location can change.

Yes. It's on the left (driver's side) end. There might be 2 big black wires (about 6mm in diameter) connected by the single bolt there.

Found the problem, i forgot to hook up the g101 when i put the head back on. Shes ip and running. Another question, its still getting hott, its overheating but the temp gauge is reading normal. But i also have no heat, im wondering if theres a blockage somewhere. Whoever had it before me added a whole bunch of that head gasket repair stuff, the metalic flake looking stuff. Could that be causing a blockage? Or did i not bleed the coolant system properly?
