Default No power to window motor

I just got a new power actuator for my 2009 Honda Accord. I tested it out before installing it and there's no power in the line to the motor. Tested the fuse box number 13 on passenger side an it has power. I think the kill switch on the driver's side idps stuck cause the light stays on wether it's depressed or not .

Which power window motor is having an issue? What wire color(s) were you testing?

The passenger side and now the driver's side isn't coming up. I think it's the main driver's side window control box . plus I looked and there's some re-wiring that was done before I bought it. I don't know where these wires are spliced to but it's not factory.
