No Start Problem

Suggest checking small blk/wht wire to the starter for 12V start signal when start command (Key to start position) is present.
If 12V present, then starter is faulty (starter solenoid or other internal fault). Replace starter.
If 12V missing, then ignition switch, starter cut relay, or wiring fault (open circuit from damaged wire). Starter cut relay is under the driver's dash area.
