Do the turn signal bulbs flash properly when your headlights are off?

If you turn on your hazards, which turnsignal bulbs flash on the outside of the vehicle?

Your description sounds like a ground issue to me. How did you check grounds?

There are 4 ground locations. The two on the front are below the headlights. There are two grounds in the trunk of the car, one on the driver's side near the rear window, and the other on the driver side near the the rear light assembly and the trunk opening.
