Noise on Acceleration

Hi, I'm getting this weird noise when accelerating from idle or on low speeds (less than 30 mph). I'm wondering if anyone else has encountered this? I have 2003 Accord V6 with 45k miles.

You may get more help if you describe the noise in detail. Is it rattling? Where is it coming from?

It's all good. I found the problem, one of the heat shields underneath was bent. It's being replaced so hopefully everything turns out well.
