Over the past year I had a intermittent noise emanating from the Center Console area ( radio cluster)
Also the Air Bag Light intermittently came on and off.
After replacing the Front Shoulder Belt Buckel at N/C the Air Bag Light and the noise went away

 

Since this long standing problem is now solved, I only posted so it would maybe help someone down the road and being a little more specific may be better.
The noise in the dash was like a faint popping or clicking sound, about two pops per second. It didn't change by turning the A/C *****, even though I first suspected the fan or something related.
The Seat-belt Buckle is known to be the culprit for the Air Bag light to come on and the dealers fix this for free.
Apparently there is a relay or something similar in the dash associated with the Air Bag and the noise came from it.
