Default Accord 95 Noise, Please help

Car: Accord 95 EXI
Location: Australia f22b3 Engine

Car had a metal knocking noise over bump or rough surface. Saw two mechanic but couldnt tell me exact problem only guessed could be struts. Went to Honda service center, initially their attitude was bit reluctant to find the problem of such an old car. They gave me a report stating exact below.

KNOCKING NOISE IN FRONT OVER BUMP
*****************************
TIGHTEN FRONT SUSPENSION + CONTROL ARM - NOISE MOSTLY GONE
ALL BUSHES WORN, STEERING RACK BOOT SPLIT + RACK LEAKING
MAJOR ENGINE / AUTO OIL LEAK
NOISE FROM CAM BELT / BALANCE BELT
SUMP DAMAGED

noise is still there, no improvement.
i knew there is a oil leak, i regularly check engine and transmission oil, engine oil becomes low but transmission oil stayed same over long period. steering shakes at high speed. i recently rebuilt PS pump and fluid level is ok, no leak.

based on the report would it be very difficult (costly) to fix. i have no idea about the failures and their impact. please help

Are you doing this work yourself, or having a shop do the work?

The suspension bushings can be replaced.

The noise behind the timing belt would prompt me to get the timing belt, tensioners, and water pump replaced.

Where on the engine block are you leaking oil?

I will go for a mechanic to fix these.

First i would replace suspension bushing

I have change timing belt kit + water pump from a professional shop but not from Honda six months ago. totally confused about the timing belt issue.

I am not sure how to find the leak. as Honda stated 'Sump Damage' i didnt understand that. is that oil pan gasket? how a metal be damaged. do you recommend to change the oil pan + gasket or only gasket?

car is 20 years old, bushings are toast so it is not unreasonable to have to replace them. SUMP is oil pan, did you hit something?. common places for F22 to leak are valve cover gaskets and front / rear seals especially after so many years
