Default O2 sensor questions

Hey Guy's recently had CEL pop up so I scaned it with an Actron and it came back the o2 sesor. So I shopped it and found that Amazon had the best deal. I ended up with a Denso 234-4095 which should be an Oem match. It looks idntical to whats in my car with the exception of the plug which is a male instead of what it should be a female? What happened here? Is this sensor compatable? Can I simply but splice tne old plug? Or do I have to go the the hassel of return by mail?
Thanks

edit. Your 95 is OBD2? Are you sure it isn't a 96 model? One quick way to tell is that the tail lights are part of the trunk lid on the 96 accord. The 95 tail lights are not on the trunk lid.

As I said late in model year. And it does have the tails in the trunk lid...It actually says its a 11/ 95 on the date so in car sales that means its a 96. Anyway what do you make of this sensor being male ended when it should be female?.?

The 96 Accord EX (F22B1) direct fit Denso is 230-4095.

The 96 Accord LX, DX, (F22B2) direct fit Denso is 234-4620.

So incorrect part number. But, yes, if you want to splice the old plug onto the new sensor, it will work. As you will notice from the above links, the Walker universal O2 sensor is 250-24200 for both LX and EX.

Just in case your O2 wire colors are different, here is a cross-reference and splicing guide.

Sorry, I stepped out for a while.

Every time I paste that site's direct link, it redirects. So, I added the quotation marks. Copy and paste the link address without the quotation marks (" ").

See my attached images or the screenshots. The second link will redirect; but, then go to the area I marked in the image.

Let me know if you can get it to work.
