Default O2 sensor resistance

Have a 98 Accord 2.3L ULEA that is giving me a P1167 code. Can someone tell me what the heater resistance should measure on the Sensor nearest the motor. Purchased a new Bosch 13493 sensor, it is measuring 1 ohm between pins 3 and 4, is this correct?

The ULEV accords use a wide-band O2 sensor (also called air/fuel sensor). I don't see a resistance test for the a/f sensor in the diagnostics.

ULEV engines require specific sensors for the ULE. I suggest using Denso sensors as they are factory OEM. Denso makes them for the aftermarket but you will have to search all your parts stores to find who carries Denso. In my area Sanel Autoparts carries them, but all other stores do not.

I think P1167 is for the sensor signal itself, not for the heating element in the sensor. It's only the heater element that can be measured like a resistor.

I'm pretty sure the "resistance" of that sensor cannot be measured at room temperature because it should look like open-circuit.

I don't know the pinout for the sensor, but if pins 3 & 4 are the heater, then you're not measuring the part that's indicated failed. If pins 3 & 4 are for the sensor signal, then it's failed because it should look like an open-circuit at room temperature.
