Default Oil In Coolant 2002 Accord 2.3 VTEC

My Accord 2.3L VTEC has 91,000 miles on it. About 2,000 miles ago I had a check engine light come on and a trouble code for the VTEC system. Soon afterward a discovered quite a bit of engine oil in the coolant. The radiatior was replaced about 5,000 miles beforehand, so I know my problem is not transmission oil. Since the engine malfunction, the engine runs fine but has become "buzzy" and resonant between 2,000 and 3,000 rpm. I have read about casting problems and block porosity issues on earlier 1998/99 Accords with the same engine and I am wondering if anyone else has the same problem as I do. If so, has Honda issued a service bulletin or offered owners any sort of assistance, other than suggesting the engine be replaced at the owner's expense? I have completely flushed my cooling system 3 times in 2,000 miles and the problem still exists. Is there anything I can do short of replacing my entire engine?
