Oil pressure test
How do I do an oil pressure test? 1992 accord DX 256k miles. I know where the sending unit is and I'm assuming I just hook up the gauge to the sending unit hole... but do I need to rev the engine and take readings at various RPMs or drive it or what? Thanks!

You would first have to find the specifications for what pressure is required. Like for example in a Helm repair manual. I don't have one of those for 92, but check for a sticky thread about manuals.
For example, it might say something like this...
With engine warmed up:
10 psi at 1000 rpm
20 psi at ???? rpm
50 psi at ???? rpm
Then you have to measure at those specific conditions.

Oil pressure test
Dont worry about it dude, i also get around 72 psi when im driving mine round and it goes a little high when boost comes in. My friends FD sees 6 bar of oil pressure at some point. If it goes lower than 2 bar then start to worry. _______=== XRumer 5.0 Palladium RULEZ! ===
