Default oil in tubes not valve cover gasket

I had noticed that there was oil in my spark plug tubes. I had my valve cover gasket replaced as well as alllllll the other seals and belts replaced at Brake Masters.

A week later I notice my car is idling funny again so I pull out my spark plug tubes and there was oil still in 3 of the 4 tubes.

I took it back to Brake Masters and they were happy to replace the valve cover gasket and everything else a second time, no charge.

I went back later that day and he told me that it was still leaking.

I asked him about it and he said he saw it before on his civic, but it wasn't as bad and he never fixed it because it didn't cause that much of a problem.

Have any of you ever seen this? I'll take some pictures and post them a little later. Thanks for all your help.
