Default Overheating and a broken door handle

Will the driver side door handle of a sedan 98 fit on my coupe 98? I cant seem to find anyone selling the coupe door handle.

And the second problem is that, it over heats when its in idle, but once I start moving it cools down.

sound like the radiator fans aren't coming on.

can you confirm this?
