2006 Honda Accord 2.4 has P0420 the only code present has 271000 mileage replaced O2 sensors however did several drive cycles without resolve.
IM monitor has Cat and Evap monitors flashing with P0420 in pending mode. Any ideas are appreciated.

 

P0420 indicates a potential bad catalytic converter. The engine computer uses the secondary O2 sensor data to make that determination. If you have an obd reader that can look at live data, you can watch the secondary O2 sensor signal to see if it is oscillating. It should be flat lined with a normal converter.
