Default Paint chip repair help needed!

I recently had my rear window replaced in my 03 accord and the guy who did it scraped the paint down to the metal around the window. The metal has now started to rust and is causing surrounding paint to lift. Can anyone recommend a easy repair to prevent further rust damage and paint lifting/bubbling from occuring? I thought there might be a small bottle of paint I could buy and apply or possibly a sealant? I have similar issues on my hood from road construction debri.

your only real option is to sand/grind off the rust, prime the metal, then paint.

Yeah once you get rust forming, you really need to sand it down before it gets UNDER the paint.
