Default parasidic drain

I have a 89 accord sei and have been battling with the battery being drained if it leave the battery cables connected while not running. The weird thing is tho that I pulled a blown fuse for the sterio today witch was still working by the way and dissconected the sterio deck. Hooked my battery up to a diehard gold charger that reads the battery percentage to me. When I start the car it quickly shoots up to 100 percent battery life but when car has been shut down battery power PvP rapidly drops to 84 percent and stays there did I fix the problem? Or just create a new one? Any opinion appreciated. Thanks

let it sit overnight, if it starts...i guess you fixed it, if not, more testing will be required.
