Parcel shelf problems
After a windshield replacement, I'm giving the interior of my 1999 Accord LX coupe a serious clean.
Problem is, I can't find anything that can reach the space where the parcel shelf and the rear window meet. Vacuum attachments either don't have the suction or don't reach this tiny space.
My question is, can the parcel shelf be removed? At least more-easily than the center console?
The bleached bug carcasses are driving me nuts.

Just me but a shop vac and an attachment with a "slit" has always gotten me there. Then again I have used all kinds of things to get "into" places....a shish kabob stick works wonders for all kinds of things.

Depending on what you're trying to do...
A rag on the end of a stick for wiping windex to clean the glass?
A small scrap piece of garden-hose duct-taped to the end of the shop-vac hose? (this one's for the bug carcasses)
The parcel shelf should come out, but it's probably much easier to do what we said above.
