You will be fine to drive it to a repair shop - unless you are willing to do this yourself?

 

Thanks everyone! i fixed it, but imma take it to a shop soon to get it looked at though. on the left rear wheel it took just a pull on that lever but on the other one, good god it took 2 hours and i had to completely take off the shield, disconnect the cable, but im ecstatic it can drive now.
