Default part number for bulbs behind climate control?

Morning all. I just picked up a 2004 Accord Coupe V6 6speed and need to fix couple minor things.

1. The bulbs behind the climate control seems to be out. Specifically the fan up/down and the a/c and mode buttons. Does anyone know the part numbers for the bulbs and maybe even the radio removal procedure?
2. The clutch pedal makes a 'clicking' noise every time I press it down. Is this normal? It doesn't affect driveability.
3. The driver's side window switch once in a while stops working. It doesn't work maybe 10% of the time. It doesn't ever stop working middle of lowering/raising the window.

This is my fourth Accord and by far the smoothest Accord I've had.

They are LEDs. The issue may be a faulty printed circuit board, see post #5 in this thread:

I've read the TSB but I thought that was more related to the display screen and not the buttons themselves. It's just the four buttons that don't light up. I am hoping it's just bulbs and not the circuit board as the latter would be a bit more costly. Thanks for the info.
