passenger door light not coming on

Default passenger door light not coming on

i changed the little bulb in there, but its still not working... the other door's light works when i open it, but not this one... how can i check if the contacts are good? resistance or what?

THE EXACT SAME model and specs as yours but mines a 96

You could check the voltage at the socket with a 12v test light...If none is present, then check the switch mounted at the front of the door jamb. Also, give the light socket a short blast of wd40 to clean the contacts, wipe out the excess and re-install the bulb. I had an old Honda 750 motorcycle that needed that treatment on the contacts inside the horn button...Worked like magic...

If you take the door panel off check to see if the wires are all hooked up
