You don't necessarily need to get the PCV valve from a dealer, the price will be like 3-4 times what was listed in your original link from Advanced Auto. Although, I usually replace most parts with OEM on my own cars, there are some parts like the PCV valve that I don't really believe make a big difference. For example, the used one in your picture does not look OEM; but, your car probably ran fine with it.
