Default Performance

I recently purchased a manual Honda accord ex 1994 that was converted has an 01 engine and I want to increase the performance where shall I start any suggestions????

What is the "end goal" and budget?

I'm simple minded and would never build a house without plans and knowing what it costs.

No budget sky's the limit I don't really want to street race or anything just want to gain a little HP

Intake headers exhaust and get your ecu chipped (if I remember correctly Jet use to chip the F23 ecu's with many members on some old forums showing 10-15whp gains on the dyno after getting the ecu back)
